Monday 18th May Vegie Box now moved to Tuesday 19th May

SMS: Vegie box this week will now be on TUESDAY! We need help with STORING from 10:30am and SORTING from 3pm Tue in Wholefoods.

Storing (10:30am)

In the morning Wholefoods will get the usual gigantic delivery of vegies, and needs help checking off the invoice then putting it all away neatly and correctly in the coolroom and dry store. It's a big job, but actually quite fun, and you can get Wholefoods meal tickets for it.

Spreadsheeting (before 3:00pm)

After the delivery is checked and put away, someone (Tim S? Zilla? Michael? Someone new?) needs to use the magical spreadsheet to work out what we put into each box.

Sorting (3:00pm - 4:00pm)

Then as Wholefoods is winding down for the day, we weigh out veggies according to the spreadsheet then split them between the boxes! This is also a big job, but with enough people it goes quickly and smoothly.

Fridging (last one to leave..)

Not everyone can make it to pick up their box on the day, so if there are any still sitting there and it looks lonely, just put it in the coolroom on the left shelves as you walk in.
